All sales are final. Due to Federal Law, We do not except returns due to Federal law of which used human hair products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut). We suggest that you inspect the hair without opening the bundles to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.

If it’s determined that Virgin hair Fixx is the party at fault, we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package to qualify for an exchange.
