Returns Policy
General: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the value of the goods. Please note that shipping is not refundable and will not be included in the refund.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and let us know which product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Returns: All items must be in their original, unopened packaging and clearly unused in order to be eligible for a return. If an item is returned to us opened, used, or late, we will not accept the return and the item will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Exchanges: We're very sorry, but we do not do exchanges.  If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for what you'd like to replace it with.

Incorrect/Damaged Items: In cases of incorrect (for example, the wrong color or size) or damaged items, we offer the option of either a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds: You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (a few days to a few weeks, depending on where you're located and which shipping method you use to return it), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.


Shipping

Services & EstimatesOrders placed and paid for by 5:00 PM Pacific Monday through Friday usually ship out the next business day.  Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific are packaged up the next business day and shipped the day after that.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders placed while we are closed over the weekend are packaged up on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.

After that, delivery times depend on where you're located and which shipping method you choose.  The times listed below are estimates and are not guaranteed; sometimes the mail is slower during times of high volume like holidays, delayed due to bad weather (especially during winter), and sometimes international packages are delayed due to customs.

We occasionally give free shipping upgrades if a faster option doesn't have much of a price difference.  If you are intentionally using a slower shipping option for scheduling purposes, please let us know when you order and we'll make sure not to give any upgrades.

First Class: 3-6 business days. First Class: 1-4 weeks.
Priority Mail: 2-4 business days. Priority Mail: 1-2 weeks.
Express Mail: 1-3 business days. Express Mail: Approx. 1 week.
Parcel Select: 5-10 business days.
(4-6 weeks for AK, GU, HI, and PR).
 

Fees & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties. We are not responsible for customs, VAT, or any other charges you may incur if you are an international customer.  If fees are a concern, please contact country's customs office, postal service, and any other applicable agencies prior to ordering.

Please note that some of our products cannot be imported into certain countries (for example, the vast majority of our catalog contains items that cannot be sent to Italy). We  recommend researching import restrictions prior to ordering, as you may have to change or cancel your order if it contains items that we cannot ship to you.

Delivery Times: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Unclaimed Packages: Order returned to us as unclaimed will be canceled.

 

Tracking/Delivery Confirmation

Domestic: All domestic orders are shipped through USPS with free tracking included.

International: First Class Mail International cannot be tracked in most countries; occasionally packages may be scanned while they are still in the United States, but it varies from shipment to shipment and they are not scanned once they leave the counter.  Priority Mail International and Express Mail International include tracking.
